Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for buying. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if not, please don’t hesitate to return it to us for any reason whatsoever. Below is our return policy.
Eligibility for Return
Wrong Product: You can return the product if you receive a product other than what you had ordered.
Wrong Color or Type: If you have received dry fruits in a different color or type than what you had ordered, you can return the product.
Less Quantity: You can return the product if the quantity received is lesser than what was specified in your order.
Expired Product: If the product you receive is expired, then it is under return or replacement.
Damaged Packaging: At the time of delivery, if the packaging gets damaged and the quality of the product gets hampered, then you can return the product.
Wrong Size or Weight: If the dry fruits that you receive do not match up to the size or weight you ordered, then you can return the product.
Non Eligibility for Return
Used Products: Those that have been opened, sampled, or in any other way used are non-returnable.
Change of Mind: Returns are not entertained on change of mind or preferences after the product is sold to the customer.
Date Expired: If you do not notify us at least 3 days prior to the return of the product, then you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Improper Storage: All items which are not stored properly either under heat, humidity, or direct sunlight are not returnable.
Customer Damaged: Products that have been tampered with, damaged, or mishandled by the customer cannot be returned.
Return Process
You can start a return by contacting us on qurbanaliatish@gmail.com email address and 03416641390 on text with regard to return. Put the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase receipt. Note that you have to pay for return shipping.
Refund
Once we receive your return and determine the condition of your item, we will process an exchange or refund. We shall allow at least seven (7) days from when we receive your item before doing this. In case we approve your return, we shall email you the status of your exchange or refund. Please note that in refund cases, funds may take some additional time to appear in the account because of the type of payment or the institution. If there is no alert after such time, do not hesitate to contact our customer service to help you out.
